Wranglers are businesses, individuals, ranches, associations, and others who support and promote agriculture. This includes auction marts, farm dealerships, feed outfits, co-ops, farm supply stores, and agriculture associations.

Sponsorship opportunities include: 

• Dinner - Alberta beef (2 available at $1,000 each)
• Gift for each cowgirl $500 - COCHRANE LIONS CLUB
• Liquor for the bar $750
• Wine for the tables $250 - RICHARDS RODEO LTD
• Hall rental (Madden Hall), insurance $1,000
• Speaker / entertainment costs $500 - COCHRANE LIONS CLUB
• Silent auction items  - your choice (all cowgirls also donate)

We invite vendors who embody the spirit of western living to join us at the Rendezvous. This is a great opportunity to showcase your products or crafts to an audience passionate about Western culture. In the past, we’ve welcomed vendors offering clothing, blankets, leather goods, art, jewelry, and more.

Vendor fees:

• $50 for table 
• $50 per meal ticket (optional)

We also kindly ask that vendors contribute a product or service for the silent auction.

All funds raised from the VIP table will be directed to the Alberta Children's Hospital.

Contribute to the Silent Auction

We encourage all cowgirls and anyone interested to donate to the silent auction. All funds raised from the auction will be directed to the Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment Society.
